SPOTLIGHT 1N5
One in Five teens and adults struggle with mental illness. The mission of 1N5 is to stop the stigma and start the conversation. Recently, Xavier student-athletes broke the silence on mental health through a panel discussion with Nancy Eigel-Miller, Founder & Executive Director of 1N5 and Xavier Basketball Beat Writer, Adam Baum.
In February 2023, Xavier Men’s Basketball players spoke with Adam Baum about the challenges of balancing the national spotlight.
